Infrastructure

The University of the Aegean on Syros island occupies several buildings hosting teaching rooms, amphitheaters, instructors offices, administration offices, library, laboratories and Rapid Prototyping machinery.

The activities of the department are hosted in the following classical buildings:

• 1st Gymnasium of Syros (Teachnig rooms, laboratories, secretariat) 

• Intellectual center of Hermoupolis (Teaching rooms)

• Former Chamber of Commerce (Instructors Offices)

• Old building of 'Typokykladiki' (Teaching rooms and Studios)

• Building 'Paleologos' (Post-graduate studies and Researchers offices)

• Machine shop 'Freris' (Teaching rooms)

• Classical building 'Komninakio' (Library)
